Getting to Utah


Airports:

Utah is served by several major airports, including:

  • Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC): The largest and busiest airport in the state, located in the capital city of Salt Lake City. It is a hub for Delta Airlines and offers numerous domestic and international flights.

  • Provo Airport (PVU): A smaller airport located in Provo, about 45 minutes south of Salt Lake City.

  • St. George Regional Airport (SGU): Located in the southwestern part of the state, near the Arizona border.


Driving:

Utah is well-connected by a network of highways and roads. Interstate 15 is the main north-south highway that runs through the state, connecting Salt Lake City with Las Vegas to the south and Idaho to the north. Interstate 70 is the main east-west highway, connecting Utah with Colorado to the east and Nevada to the west.


Bus:

Several bus companies, including Greyhound and FlixBus, offer service to and from various cities in Utah.


Train:

Amtrak's California Zephyr train runs through the northern part of the state, stopping in Salt Lake City and Green River.


Getting Around Utah
